Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide.

Online orders will be processed in 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please provide full address and telephone number for processing.

All orders will include a tracking number and insurance up to $100 CAD. Additional coverage can be purchased from Canada Post at a standard rate of $2.50 per additional $100

We will send you an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your package on www.canadapost.ca

Orders that cannot be received because of incomplete address and or telephone number provided will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense or cancelled.

Please note that Susannah Designer Consignment is not responsible for lost, stolen and delayed packages by the postal service.

Susannah Designer Consignment reserves the right to cancel any orders at our discretion.
